Preparation:

  • Defrost for 24 hours in the refrigerator (4°C)
  • heat the baking-proof packaging in a hot water bath or steamer to 80°C
  • Divide into a basic cake tin, a tart tin
  • Cooling time +/- 2 hours

Packaging: 6 x 1 kg
