Instructions for use:
- Make sure the surface of your preparation is dry
- Spread evenly the caramel shards and moisten immediately with 1 dose of elixir
- Light quickly your preparation either in the kitchen or in front of the customer and wait for the total extinction
- Flambéing takes about 1 minute.
